Hey guys! I know it can the tough to try and figure out what to eat when you’re first starting out on a low carb or ketogenic diet so I’ve put together a quick meal plan for 1 week to get you started. Of course all of the vegetable or salad choices should be keto friendly and you can always swap veggies for salad or vice versa if you want.
If you’re trying intermittent fasting I usually skip breakfast as it’s the easiest meal for me to miss, but you can customise this to your schedule and skip whichever meal suits you best.
Monday
Breakfast: Keto Lemon & Blueberry Muffins
Lunch: Keto Bagels Filled with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon
Dinner: Lamb Mince Stuffed Peppers with Roasted Vegetables
Tuesday
Breakfast: Sausages and Fried Eggs
Lunch: Tuna and Cucumber Sandwiches using Keto Bread
Dinner: Pan Fried Salmon Fillet Topped with Onions, Spices and Herbs with Pan Fried Vegetables
Wednesday
Breakfast: Toasted Bagels with Cheese using Mozzarella Dough
Lunch: Grilled Chicken with Chargrilled Vegetables
Dinner: Mixed Vegetable Meatloaf with Your Choice of Oven Roasted Vegetables
Thursday
Breakfast: Cheese and Bacon Omelette
Lunch: Keto Toad in the Hole
Dinner: Cauliflower or Broccoli Rice with Chicken and Vegetables in Broth
Friday
Breakfast: Toasted Keto Bread with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Fried Chicken Coated in Almond Flour with Salad Drizzled in Olive Oil
Dinner: Pizza using Mozzarella Dough and Low Carb Toppings
Saturday
Breakfast: Keto Pancakes (These are my new favourite Saturday morning treat!)
Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese with Bare Naked Noodles (Low carb noodles that are great)
Dinner: Oven Roasted Chicken on a Bed of Mixed Vegetables
Sunday
Breakfast: Fried Eggs, Bacon & Brussel Sprouts (Don’t knock it till you try it!)
Lunch: Garlic Dough Balls using Mozzarella Dough
Dinner: Burgers Topped with Onions, Cheese & Homemade Ketchup using Cloud Bread if you want Buns

Obviously you don’t have to make a fresh dish for each meal, I often cook in batches and have dinner leftovers as lunch to save on time!
