As promised I’ve put together a food list of do’s and don’ts for you all which you can find below. I’ll keep this updated but if you think of anything that I haven’t listed just get in touch here and I’ll let you know if it’s low carb friendly or not.

What you can’t eat

  • Pasta

  • Sugar
  • Maple syrup
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Sweets
  • Tomatoes
  • Sweetcorn

What you can eat

  • All meat the fattier the better
  • All fish the fattier the better – salmon is great!
  • Green Beans
  • Courgette
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Peppers
  • Chilli’s
  • Celery
  • Leeks
  • Spring Onion
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Berries
  • Avocado
  • Cheese
  • Sugar free drinks
  • Coconut & Almond Flour – These are great substitutes for regular flour.
