What you can eat
- All meat the fattier the better
- All fish the fattier the better – salmon is great!
- Green Beans
- Courgette
- Brussels Sprouts
- Peppers
- Chilli’s
- Celery
- Leeks
- Spring Onion
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Berries
- Avocado
- Cheese
- Sugar free drinks
- Coconut & Almond Flour – These are great substitutes for regular flour.
